What is one small practical thing you sorted out this week?

Nothing practical. It has been a week of coping rather than organising.

Made a flowchart for my own appeal. I am aware this is a coping mechanism. It also worked.

Asked occupational health for a locked drawer and got one the same week.

Wrote three questions down for Thursday. I have never once remembered them otherwise.

Batch cooked six labelled boxes and felt insufferable about it.
