Told my prescriber rather than waiting to see. That is new for me and it is entirely down to something someone said in circle.
A hard summer, handled with her GP.
My routine was built entirely around meals and when the meals changed the routine came apart. That is a logistics problem, not a character problem, and it took me two months to see it that way.
A hard week. I asked for help later than I should have and I am writing that down so I recognise it faster next time.
In between, still.
