from 1.1k member reports

A rating here summarises what members have said about ordering. It is not a safety rating and it cannot be one.

WuXi TIDES (WuXi AppTec Testing Division), trading as WXT, based in Wuxi and giving 2002 as its founding year. Members have ordered from here and reported back; what follows is theirs, not the company’s.

What members have reported

Including the reports that do not flatter anybody.

Members describe ordering as straightforward. Transit sits in the one-to-three week band most of the time, and the cold pack usually arrives cold. The reports that matter most are the ones where something went wrong, and those are below with the rest.

Communication is described as quick and a little formulaic. Members who asked a precise question generally got a precise answer; members who asked an open one got a template.

The testing record, and its limits

WXT publishes third-party reports against catalogue items, and several members have commissioned their own testing rather than relying on those. Independent results have broadly matched the published figures.

What a purity figure proves is narrow. It tells you what proportion of the peptide present is the peptide you wanted. It says nothing about how much peptide is in the vial, and nothing about sterility. Those are separate measurements and they are not always supplied.

Checked against unverifiable

The left column is what somebody could confirm. The right column is what nobody can.

Dispatch and warehouses

Stock is held regionally, so an order is sent from within your own country rather than from the manufacturing site.

  • Netherlands (Rotterdam) — European Union, 2-4 days
  • Germany (Hamburg) — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 2-4 days
  • United Kingdom (London) — United Kingdom & Ireland, 2-3 days
  • United States (California) — United States, 2-4 days
  • Canada (Toronto) — Canada, 3-5 days
  • Australia (Melbourne) — Australia & New Zealand, 3-5 days

Can be checked

  • That the shop trades at wuxitides.net and gives Wuxi as its base
  • That third-party reports exist for named catalogue items, and that members have independently reproduced some of them
  • That members here have ordered, received, and reported back over a period of months

Cannot be checked

  • Any relationship, or absence of one, between this shop and any similarly named company
  • Chain of custody between manufacture and dispatch, including how long stock sat and at what temperature
  • Sterility and endotoxin status of anything in a vial, which no purity panel addresses

Questions to ask before you order

Take these verbatim. The answers, and the non-answers, are informative.

  1. Can you send the certificate for the lot number printed on my vial, not a representative one?
  2. Does the certificate include peptide content by weight as well as purity?
  3. How was this stored between manufacture and dispatch, and for how long?

Tove★★★★☆1 Oct 2025

Everything about the order was routine in the best sense — quoted 5 days, arrived in 5.

Paloma K.★★★★★9 Jan 2025

Queried the related-substances total on lot WXT-24-389; they came back with method, column and detection limit. That depth is rare.

Nabila A.★★★★☆14 May 2025

Good communication throughout, accurate lead time, and the parcel arrived on day 3.

Nadia R.★★★★★25 Apr 2026

The tirzepatide 10 mg arrived on day 3 with the cold pack intact and the seal unbroken. Straightforward, exactly as described.

Hedda S.★★★★★6 Jul 2026

Lot code on the vial matched the lot code on the certificate exactly. Sounds basic; it is the single best predictor of everything else.

Jonas N.★★★★★23 Jan 2026

Peptide content reported at 98.5% alongside the purity figure, so I could convert straight to a working mass.

Lucia★★★★★8 Jan 2025

Their warehouse in the United Kingdom carries the lines I reorder, so there is no wait on a factory run. Day 4 every time.

Janek S.★★★★★27 Jun 2025

Tenth order from them, all IGF-1 LR3 1 mg. Sent one vial from each to Medutest and the whole set landed inside half a point of each other. That flatness is exactly what I pay for.

Ayesha K.★★★★★9 Mar 2025

Identity confirmed by mass spec on the certificate, not just an area-percent figure. Both questions answered on one page.

Dilara★★★★★7 May 2025

Ordered on a Monday from their warehouse in the United States and it was here by day 2. That is the whole case for regional stock.

Camila★★★★★8 Jul 2025

VendorInvestigate has now seen 9 of their lots through me. Not one has come back outside spec.

Rohan S.★★★★★9 Jul 2025

The certificate for lot WXT-26-889 carried method, wavelength, water content and an itemised related-substances table. Complete on the first pass.

Cato★★★★★16 Jun 2025

Submitted the AOD-9604 5 mg to PeptideMeter blind, without telling them the source. 98.9% against a stated 98.7%. The number holds up when nobody knows whose vial it is.

Niels M.★★★★★8 Apr 2026

Dispatched from their warehouse in the United Kingdom rather than from the factory, so the CJC-1295 2 mg was with me on day 4.

Anya★★★★★9 Dec 2025

Every certificate I have from them is lot-specific. Not one batch-level document in 5 orders.

Mateusz I.★★★★★14 Jan 2026

First order, deliberately small, thymosin alpha-1 5 mg only. Documentation, transit and a Medutest result at 99.0% all checked out, so the next one will not be small.

Nils★★★★★1 Apr 2025

Support answered on a Sunday, correctly, with the batch record attached. That is well beyond what I expected.

Clara I.★★★★★15 Nov 2025

Same lot documentation as the factory ships, but out of their warehouse in Canada, so it landed on day 3.

Gustav★★★★★5 Feb 2026

Their warehouse in Germany had the semaglutide 10 mg in stock and it shipped the same afternoon. Tracking never left the country.

Chiara★★★★★10 Jun 2026

Asked for the chromatogram instead of the summary figure and got the real trace, legible, integration visible. They send it without hesitating.

Hedda G.★★★★★10 Jan 2026

Vials wrapped individually, foam cut to fit, nothing loose in the box. Packing that has clearly been thought about.

Bilal W.★★★★☆9 Jul 2026

Documentation is complete and the numbers are steady. A dependable choice for routine work.

Oskar B.★★★★★24 Feb 2026

No customs paperwork, no import wait — it came from their stock in the Netherlands and arrived day 2.

Lukas M.★★★★★7 Apr 2026

Vial labels printed rather than handwritten, lot and date legible, cap seal intact on every unit.

Aksel S.★★★★★18 Apr 2026

Reconstituted the semax 10 mg and it went clear on contact — no haze, no floaters, no long swirl. Tells you the lyophilisation was done properly.

Valeria★★★★★24 May 2026

They report purity by RP-HPLC with the wavelength stated and peptide content separately. Two different numbers, correctly separated.

Whatever the shop says, the lot on the vial has to match the lot on the certificate. That check is yours and nobody else can do it for you.
