What did you notice about yourself today that you would not have noticed a year ago?

I got through a whole phone call standing up.

Climbed the stairs at the station without stopping halfway. I have been stopping halfway for about four years.

I did the food shop without the mental negotiation about the middle aisle. That has never happened.

The bus was late and I walked instead. A year ago I would have waited in the rain out of pure resignation.
