What did you almost not do and then did?

Better than last week. I had my iron treated and the difference has not been subtle.

I had enough to do something for pleasure rather than duty and that felt like a luxury.

Steady, actually. Steady is new.

Nowhere good. A flat, grey, unproductive day and I am letting it be that.

It went on the school run, the shop and the washing, and there was nothing left for me.

None. Slept nine hours and woke as though I had not.

Enough to get to the pool. That was the whole budget and it was well spent.
