What would make tomorrow slightly easier?

Moved my hard training sessions away from the day after the injection. Obvious in hindsight.

Two lines a day in a paper diary. That is my entire system and it has twice changed a clinical decision.

New sharps bin and a plan for what happens to it when I move.

Nothing. I have not sorted anything out and the pile is getting taller.

Wrote three questions down for Thursday. I have never once remembered them otherwise.
