How are your hands and feet?

Everything quiet. Week 90 and I have very little to report, which is the best kind of entry.

Reflux, mildly, and only when I lie down too soon after eating. Manageable.

Vision felt off for a day. Optician the same week, sent straight on, all clear.

Nausea reliably Thursday teatime to Saturday afternoon. Once I could see the pattern it stopped feeling random.

Stomach cramps I did not like the shape of, so I rang. Told to be seen the same day. It was fine.

Cramp in both calves twice this week. Mentioned it. Having bloods rather than being told to eat a banana.

Bloating in the evenings and nothing in the mornings. Odd but liveable.

Gallbladder pain, scanned, and now a conversation about what happens next.

Skin has been better, which nobody mentions as a possibility.

A rash that was the plaster, not the medicine.

Nothing physical. Mood, though, and I have told my prescriber rather than waiting to see.
