Notes for the week.
A1c down. I looked at the number for a long time and then rang my mother, which surprised us both.
Blood pressure normal without medication for the first time since her twenties.
Everything stable. She said come back in a year. I have never had a come-back-in-a-year before.
Three years of results side by side. A trend rather than a moment, which is apparently the only thing worth looking at.
Training tomorrow.
