A hard week. I asked for help later than I should have and I am writing that down so I recognise it faster next time.

Anxiety about the medication itself rather than from it.

Flat rather than sad. I could not find words for it for a fortnight, which meant I did not raise it for a fortnight.

Therapy alongside this has been the useful part. The medication changed the volume; the therapy is doing the work.
