On a call for the first injection, then every week after
Tilda had a pen in the fridge for eleven days. Juno sat on a video call and said almost nothing while she did it.

Juno had done the same thing herself the year before, with a member who has since left, and had said in the injection-anxiety circle that she would do it for anybody who asked. Tilda asked.
The call lasted forty minutes and the injection took four seconds. Most of the call was Juno describing her kitchen. Tilda has said several times that if Juno had been encouraging she would have hung up, and that what worked was somebody being bored in her general direction.
They kept the Wednesday. It has been a year. Neither is anxious about injections any more and neither has proposed stopping the call.
Esi has since made this an offer we make openly in the just-starting circle: if you want somebody on a call while you do the first one, say so, and somebody will. It comes from this pairing.
If she had said "you can do this" I would have ended the call. She talked about her kitchen tiles for six minutes and I did it while she was still going.
The talking does not matter. The company does. I learned that from somebody who did it for me.
