Both had read advice that assumed a chicken breast and had stopped reading. Ren, who does not pretend to be a dietitian and says so, paired them and pointed them at the person in the vegan-and-vegetarian circle who actually is one.

What they built between them is in vegan and vegetarian protein, and the useful part is not a list of foods. It is the observation that the difficulty is texture and volume rather than availability, and that appetite reduction hits plant protein hardest because it tends to come with the most bulk.

Moss had a stretch of genuinely not eating enough and went to a dietitian about it on Holly's insistence. She recommends that route rather than a website, including ours.

Everything I read assumed meat, so I assumed the problem was me. It was not; it was volume, and volume is the exact thing that gets hard.

I made her go to a dietitian in the end. A website cannot see you, and this one says so on every page.
