Feeding a household while your own appetite has changed.
You still have to cook. You still have to sit at the table. And children are extremely good at hearing the rules the adults are following, which makes this a question about more than logistics.
This circle is about both halves: the practical business of feeding people when you want none of it, and the care needed so that your children do not inherit a set of rules about food from watching you.
