Well then.
Slept flat. Whole night. Flat.
Climbed the stairs at work rather than waiting for a lift.
Swam. First time since school. Two lengths, badly, grinning.
Full shift on my feet and my knees did not stop me. That has not happened in about four years.
Late, as usual.
