The second one is easier

Second plateau, and it is easier than the first, mostly because I have been here and come out the other side without doing anything clever.

Flat, analysed.

Flat again. I have stopped looking, which is either healthy or avoidance and I genuinely cannot tell.

Ada said something in circle that has stayed with me: that a plateau is weather, not a verdict. I have written it on a card.

I wanted to stop this week. Said so out loud in circle, which I had not planned to. Six people said they had been there. Nobody tried to fix it.

Nothing. Eleven weeks of nothing. I know intellectually that nothing is not a failure, and I am finding that intellectual knowledge worth approximately nothing this evening.
