Four hours to a prescriber, ferry timetables, three-week buffers.

Sometimes the honest answer is that the nearest prescriber is four hours away and there is no clever fix. What we can do is share what has worked — telehealth that actually takes new patients, pharmacies that will transfer, wording that gets a referral moving — and be company for each other in the meantime.

This circle includes islands, highlands, prairies, outback and everywhere else where the map is the problem.

Who this circle is for

  • You are a long way from a prescriber or pharmacy
  • You depend on ferries, seasonal roads or a single local chemist
  • You have solved a logistics problem others could reuse

Agreements here

  • We are honest when there is no fix, rather than inventing one
  • Buffer supply questions go to a prescriber and pharmacist together

On top of the sitewide agreements.
